My counselling journey has allowed me the privilege of working with many people from different backgrounds, all coming to counselling for their own unique reason – it’s one of the things that I treasure; no two clients are ever the same.
After completing an honours degree in Psychology I knew I wanted to work with people. I completed my diploma in counselling in 2010 and haven’t looked back. I love meeting new people and getting to know the intricacies of what makes us tick. Counselling can be life changing, and I don’t say that lightly. I’ve been specialising in bereavement counselling since 2016 and have worked with many individuals and couples in this time to help them navigate the often lonely journey through loss.
I offer all clients a free 15 minute initial consultation by telephone to discuss what you might want to gain from counselling, and for me to answer any questions you might have. This helps you decide if you feel I’m the right therapist for you.
The therapeutic relationship I enter into with clients centres on the foundations of trust, respect and confidentiality. I do maintain professional records, which you can find more information about This page details my General Data Protection Regulation
