About Counselling

Thanks for taking the time to have a look around the site.

My counselling journey has allowed me the privileged of working with many people from different backgrounds, all coming to counselling for their own unique reason – it’s one of the things that I treasure; no two clients are ever the same.

Across my career, I have undertaken more specialist training in supporting people with addictions, bereavement, and also working therapeutically online which means I am also able to work by email exchange, video conference or telephone as well as the more traditional face to face option.

If you feel counselling might be helpful for you, I offer all clients a free 15 minute initial consultation by telephone to discuss what you might want to gain from counselling, and for me to answer any questions you might have.

I am an accredited member of BACP (Membership number 642716) and also Cosca (membership number 1797) which means I abide by their codes of ethics, and if you feel unhappy about the service you receive from me, you can notify them of your concerns.
