A 90 Day Grief Journal

Writing has long been known to have therapeutic properties, and many clients feel that it gives them a space to make sense of some of the myriad of thoughts and feelings that accompany grief. With this in mind, I designed an easy to use journal to support people on their grief journey.

The journal contains some writing prompts to help you get started, there’s 90 days of space to capture your thoughts and feelings and to reflect on where you are at in your loss. There is also some lined paper at the rear for anything that needs a bit more space.
